Meet Rupa Crump
ENRICH Leaders was founded by Rupa Crump, a leadership coach, certified DISC consultant, and lifelong learner who believes growth begins with understanding.
Rupa’s leadership journey began in engineering, where she learned to think systematically, solve complex problems, and value precision. Over time, her work expanded beyond systems to people, revealing that while systems matter, leadership is ultimately relational.
Her experience spans international leadership, entrepreneurship, and work across both business and nonprofit organizations in India and the United States. She has partnered with leaders navigating growth and change across diverse contexts.
Rupa has also spent several years developing leaders, including working closely with Chick-fil-A operators and leadership teams. She has helped leaders gain clarity around how they show up, communicate, and lead with intention. This work has shaped the practical, relational approach behind the ENRICH tools and frameworks.
In addition to her professional work, Rupa brings lived leadership experience as a wife, mother, and active leader in her community and church, where leadership is deeply personal and relational.
