I’m Rupa, a leadership coach, certified DISC consultant, and lifelong learner who believes growth begins with understanding.
My journey into leadership didn’t start in a boardroom. It began in engineering, where I learned to think systematically, solve complex problems, and value precision. Over time, I discovered that while systems matter, people matter more and that leadership is ultimately relational.
I’ve led in diverse environments, navigated cultural transitions, and worked alongside leaders at different stages of life and responsibility. Across every context, one truth remained consistent:
